I introduce myself, I am Yeray Gamarra Romo and I was born on December 20, 2001. I will tell you a brief story of how I became excited about wanting to train, lead a healthy lifestyle and how I wanted to work on what I liked. At 12 years old I started watching WWE, I was always struck by how the wrestlers did what they wanted with their rivals by having that strength and those physiques, I also wanted to get that strong. But I was too young to realize that I could do it too, I related it to the luck that only they could. Then I turned 16, and that was when I realized not only that I could do it, but that I could put myself at the forefront. action. I started like everyone else (or at least most of them) doing push-ups and sit-ups locked in the room, hiding as if what I was doing was wrong, but I wasn't constant, I saw how hard it was, I wasn't disciplined, but Those are the beginnings, right? It wasn't until I was 18 when I started taking things seriously, I trained with the Llados course (lladosfitness), I finally found what I was really looking to do in my life thanks to Llados. Also I informed myself and learned on my own. I was motivated by the WWE and my favorite wrestler of that time (The Rock). I had to start when the quarantine arrived, but that did not demotivate me, since luckily, I had the necessary material but a not fair, to be able to train (I supplemented myself, I trained hard and without fail, I tried to avoid foods like sweets or battered foods, I gave up alcohol completely, etc). And as if this were not enough, I also began to take care of myself mentally, distance myself and throw away everything that didn't add up to me, on the contrary, it hurt me. From here I want you to pay a lot of attention to me. I, and like most people who start in this lifestyle, do it because of their physique (they become obsessed And when they don't see results, they give up, and you have to understand that this is a slow process, you don't get your desired physique overnight, that's why discipline is very important (doing what you want or not). After 4 years training, I have to say that now I do it because I am passionate about it, not for physical reasons, that is why I have decided to create my own business, to train all those people based on my experience and save them from those mistakes that I made at the beginning that set me back. in my earnings. What I want to say with this is that do not get discouraged, at first it is difficult but remember that famous phrase "to show off you have to suffer". At first you will do it for physical reasons, then you will realize that it is not only physical but health, in addition to being the best anti-stress. A session of weights and hard training while sweating will take away all your ills! At first you will not have anyone to support you in this (or maybe you will) but even if you have someone who support or motivate you, you put the work in. And remember: Discipline>Motivation.
